Chjumpxtop takes great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist in locating the package or arranging for a replacement if necessary.

In case of a damaged product, we require you to notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographs of the damage. We will offer a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
